Amazing views of the Duomo square.

Checking in was a nightmare for us. The time constraints were very challenging as we arrived early and had to rush to meet the 1 PM check-in limit. Our room lacked proper sound insulation.

Silent place overall, it is fairly clean, location is excellent right on the square. Everyone is pretty friendly and accommodating and owner too. The breakfast is fresh made, appreciated its service. Helpful service and the food is appetising. Besides, guests can park cars outside. Overall the hotel met needs well, I would have stayed for longer.

The total stay was very lovely for the 4 night visit. My room was great-sized with an exceptional view of the cathedral. The breakfast was freshly cooked and wonderful, liked everything. I recommend the place...

very nice views and central access to florence's treasures

I was captivated by the fine view of the cathedral right outside my window, and the host, Giuliana, provided amazing tips on local highlights to help us really enjoy our time in Florence.

My stay here was wonderful. Interesting hotel with good location right on the Cathedral, and the breakfast was enjoyable. I was offered a room with fabulous views of the cathedral. The bed was very comfy and the bedroom was big.

The bathroom was very small.

The view from our room was lovely, with a amazing direct line of sight to the Duomo and Baptistery. Each morning began delightfully with a personalized breakfast, with local pastries delivered right to us. The family-like service provided by Giuliana was really good. Her recommendations for nearby trattorias made our dining experiences nice.

The location was unbeatable. Right next to the cathedral and Duomo. Our room had a lovely view that felt surreal. Every morning, we enjoyed a delicious breakfast delivered right to us, with local pastries and a good cappuccino.

Stairs leading to the rooms were quite steep and might be challenging for some guests.

The view from my room was amazing, directly overlooking the Duomo and other fine landmarks. I appreciated Giuliana's warm hospitality. She offered excellent recommendations for local dining and activities. The location couldn't be better, with easy access to restaurants and shops right outside. The room was spacious and clean, and those little touches, like biscuits and coffee. The stair access to the rooms was a bit challenging, especially with luggage. I also noticed some noise from nearby bars at night, which could be bothersome. Despite minor inconveniences, the authenticity and charm of the place were undeniable. I had a nice stay overall.

Couples, this place is a gem!

Giuliana (the owner) was ridiculously kind! She helped us plan our itinerary and even adjusted for our weird schedule. The room was HUGE! It was also super clean and I can't forget the biscuits and coffee waiting for us, little touches, made it special.

It wasn't exactly budget-friendly but still acceptable for what we got.
